World of Woman

This animation was done for the client "World of Woman" to give a short introduction into their detail-rich and vivid lore of their projects WoW and WoWg.

The task was to manifest some of the already established visuals with short and small animated scenes that get rounded off by a narrator that adds further details.

The whole project needed to be done within 1 1/2 months from initial storyboard to the final cut.
Starting with a selection of initial concepts I went on to create a short storyboard for each featured planet that then was turned into the 3D modeled and illustrated scenes done with Blender and Procreate. The set pieces were created in an ultrawide aspect ratio so that later on the sidescroll effect could be achieved. All the handpainted assets were then transfered to After Effects for an additional VFX pass and finally cut and rendered with sound and subtitles in Premiere Pro.
